Here's what you need to know on

Hotels appear to be loosening their cancellation policies and

Amtrak train ticket holders are receiving waived change fees
for travel booked before may 31 and 1(800) USA-RAIL for
cancellations and refunds.
Contact the provider or booking agent direct and if you are
still having issues, call your state attorney generals office
and
consider reporting it to the Federal Trade
Commission.
